Products
process
1.Concept and ID design: Based on market demand or customer customization requirements, carry out appearance creativity (ID), structural design, and functional planning.
2 Circuit design: Engineers design PCB (printed circuit board) schematics and wiring diagrams, determine the main control chip, connection methods (wired/wireless), lighting circuit, etc.
3.Structural design: Use CAD software for 3D modeling, design keyboard casing, positioning plate, internal support structure, etc., to ensure precise assembly and structural strength of all components.
4.Firmware development: Write keyboard kernel programs to implement all software functions such as key mapping, macro programming, RGB light effect control, etc.
5.Mold development: Manufacturing precision injection molds for plastic shells and keycaps. The advantage of having our own keycap factory is highlighted here. We can strictly control the precision of the molds to ensure the quality and consistency of the keycaps.
Phase 2: PCB Manufacturing (SMT Workshop)
1.PCB board production: Submit the designed PCB diagram to the board factory or produce it yourself to create an empty circuit board.
Solder paste printing: precise printing of solder paste onto the solder pads of PCB through steel mesh.
2 Component mounting:
SMT machine: The high-speed SMT machine accurately places tiny resistors, capacitors, diodes, main control chips, and other components onto designated positions on the PCB. This is the core link of our SMT factory, precision and reliability are crucial.
3. Reflow soldering: The assembled PCB is passed through a reflow soldering furnace, where high temperatures melt the solder paste and firmly solder the components onto the PCB.
4 Testing and Inspection: Use AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection Instrument) to detect welding defects, and then perform Power on Test (FCT) on the PCB to verify that all circuit functions are normal.
Phase Three: Keycap Manufacturing (Screen Printing Factory)
1 Injection molding: Inject ABS or PBT plastic particles into the keycap mold and form the keycap embryo through an injection molding machine.
Character printing:
2 Laser engraving: using laser to etch characters on the surface of keycaps, with excellent wear resistance.
3 Screen printing: This is the expertise of our screen printing factory. Printing ink onto keycaps by creating intricate screen printing. It can achieve rich color and pattern customization.
4 Secondary molding: Using two different colored plastics for injection molding in two stages, the characters never wear out.
Surface treatment: spray painting, UV coating and other treatments are carried out to enhance the tactile sensation (such as skin like texture) and oil resistance
Phase 4: Manufacturing of shells and components
1 Shell injection molding: According to the structural design, use a large injection molding machine to produce the upper and lower covers of the keyboard.
2 Surface treatment: Spray coating, electroplating, anodizing (metal shell) and other treatments are applied to the shell to achieve the desired color and texture.
Stage 5: Assembly and Testing (Quality Management)
1.PCBA installation: Fix the tested PCB assembly onto the keyboard chassis.
2 Installation of shaft body: Install the mechanical shaft body or thin film structure onto the corresponding position of the PCB.
3 Install keycaps: Press the manufactured keycaps onto the shaft body.
4 Final assembly cover: Install the upper cover, tighten the screws, and complete the overall assembly.
5 Full functional testing: This is the final level before leaving the factory. Perform trigger testing on each button, test all lighting modes, and test wired/wireless connectivity to ensure 100% functional integrity of the product. Our ISO9001 system plays a strict quality control role in this aspect.
