production process
1.(1) SMT process
PCB board processing: The main control chip, capacitors, resistors and other components are precisely soldered to the PCB board through a fully automatic surface mount machine.
AOI inspection: Automatic optical inspection equipment is used to check the quality of solder joints and the position of components, ensuring that the circuit board has no issues such as virtual soldering or misalignment.
2. Shaft installation and welding
Axis fixation: Install the customized low axis onto the PCB board using a snap on design to ensure stability.
• Manual welding: Manually repair the pins of the shaft to ensure stable signal transmission.
3.Keycap installation
Keycap injection molding: Injection molding according to the design drawings, with anti slip and anti fading treatment on the surface.
• Keycap assembly: Install the keycaps one by one onto the shaft to ensure consistent key feel.
4. Shell assembly
Base injection molding: Made of high-strength aluminum alloy or ABS material, the surface is anodized or sandblasted after injection molding to enhance texture and durability.
Internal assembly: Install components such as PCB board, battery, Bluetooth module, etc. onto the base, fix screws and connect cables.
5.Functional testing
Signal testing: Test the stability of Bluetooth and 2.4G signals to ensure seamless switching between multiple devices.
• Tap test: Simulate 1 million taps to test key sensitivity and durability.
• Battery life test: Test the actual usage time when fully charged to ensure compliance with the nominal battery life.
6. Quality inspection
• Appearance inspection: Check for scratches, burrs, and other defects on the keycaps and bases.
Function verification: Test whether all keys, shortcuts, backlighting, and other functions are working properly.
Pre packaging inspection: Conduct final inspection on the finished product to ensure compliance with factory standards.
