Use the fn+ shift (right key)key combination to check if the trackpad is turned off.
lf the touchpad doesn't work in i0S13.4 or higher, Open "Settings"-"Accessibility"-"Touch"-"AssistiveTouch"-"On", and you can enable the touchpad function.
Q3:How to turn on/off the LED lights and adjust the backlit lightings?
A3: Please Use light icon (Left side of arrow key) to adjust 4 levels of backlight brightness levels : High-Medium-Low-Off)
Please Use fn + alt (right key) to select 7 available backlight colors.
